The Margaret Jane Stoker Charitable Trust Warm Hearts & Soles Program

The Margaret Jane Stoker Charitable Trust Warm Hearts & Soles Program helps keep little feet warm all winter long by providing winter boots and coats to elementary school students in Bay County.

Focused on children from Pre-K through 5th grade, this initiative ensures that every child, regardless of income, can walk to school, play outside, and face cold weather with comfort.

Made possible through generous donations and community partnerships with Huntington Bank and LiUNA 1098, Warm Hearts & Soles not only meets a basic need—it also brings dignity, warmth, and joy to families across our county.

Please indicate your child’s sizes in the application.
