Keeping our little ones warm this winter

The Frances Goll Mills Warm Soles Program Sponsored by Huntington provides qualifying elementary school students in Pre-K through 5th grade who reside or attend school in Bay County Michigan.

To qualify for this program your child must:

  • Reside, or attend school in Bay County Michigan
  • Be in Pre-K through 5th Grade
  • Parents income must fall within the ALICE (Asset Limited Income Constrained, Employed) threshold or below, and must provide proof of need (Medicaid cards with child's name on it, DHHS paperwork, W9, paystubs, Bridge card, Etc.)
