Advocacy shines a light on the real challenges

Why Does Advocacy Matter?

People in Bay County face challenges from food insecurity and housing instability to gaps in education and healthcare. Advocacy helps shape policies and attract funding that supports vital programs. It ensures that Bay County’s needs are represented at local and state levels.

Thriving communities begin with opportunity

At United Way of Bay County, we believe that real progress means more than helping individuals; it means transforming the systems that shape our lives.

When students succeed, families gain financial security, and everyone has access to quality healthcare, our entire community benefits. Together, we rise!
