Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program offers free, professional tax return services to qualifying individuals and families in Bay County who need them most.

Available to households in the ALICE population or below, as well as senior citizens, individuals with disabilities, and retired veterans, VITA helps ensure eligible residents receive the refunds and credits they’ve earned without the burden of filing fees.

Professionally trained volunteers make the process easy, accurate, and secure by providing peace of mind during tax season.
