The John Michael Jeffers Memorial Warm Soles Program

The John Michael Jeffers Memorial Warm Soles Program helps keep little feet warm all winter long by providing winter boots to elementary school students in Bay County.

Focused on children from Pre-K through 5th grade, this initiative ensures that every child, regardless of income, can walk to school, play outside, and face cold weather with comfort.

Made possible through generous donations and community partnerships with Huntington Bank, Warm Soles not only meets a basic need—it also brings dignity, warmth, and joy to families across our county.

Thanks to LiUNA 1098, we are able to provide winter coats as well! Please indicate your child’s size in the application.
