    United Way of Bay County (UWBC) respects the privacy of donors and safeguards the confidentiality of any personal identifiable information (PII) or other privileged information about a donor’s assets, philanthropic interests or other information reasonably considered to be private. Any donor information submitted in paper form is securely stored with access only granted to those employees who require the information to perform their job responsibilities. UWBC database and online giving systems meet Payment Card Industry (PCI) Standards and are regularly scanned to ensure compliance.
