Community Services: Helping Your Friends and Loved Ones



ORGANIZED LABOR AND UNITED WAY

Organized labor and the United Way have worked together to improve the quality of life in local communities for more than 60 years. 

Locally that partnership recently celebrated its 52nd year and we continue to work together to increase the effectiveness of services and programs that assist people in need.  

We currently have eight labor representatives who serve on our Board of Directors.

Our Labor Program Committee provides oversight of the AFL-CIO Community Service program and partnership with United Way.  This committee is comprised of:
