What We Do:
Connecting you with the answers you need is what we are all about. The Bay Arenac Call Center will provide you with information and referrals to local and national health and human service programs. We are available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.

Perhaps you need information on a particular program or service. Maybe you need the name and address of an organization or want to know when they open. You can find out how to give a financial or material donation or you might be looking for a great place to volunteer.

How?
All you need to do is pick up the phone or walk into our office at United Way and talk with our trained staff. The service is free and all information is confidential. You can also contact Vicki Ribble, Director of the Bay Arenac Call Center for more information.

The United Way of Bay County’s Bay Arenac Call Center provides the community one comprehensive database with thousands of programs.

The Community Resource Database is available on our web site and allows you to search by service, geographic location, name of organization or zip code. This database is the only database equipped to track the number and types of requests for all services. We provide this information to community planning groups to assist them in planning to offer services that are often requested but may not be available. Add A Program To Our Database:
Any health and human service organization is encouraged to submit their programs to the Bay Arenac Call Center for inclusion in the database. Click here to download the form.
