United Way staff and volunteers will arrive at Michigan Sugar Monday with smiles on their faces. These volunteers will load hundreds of pounds of sugar generously donated from Michigan Sugar and transport it to local food pantries across the Bay area.

“Pantries are in desperate need of resources and United Way is happy to help connect businesses to agencies that help others,” stated Vicki Ribble, Community Improvement Director at United Way.

Michigan Sugar has a long standing partnership with United Way and has provided their free sugar to area agencies for the last several years.
